Before shot shows a typical new build house with existing raised deck area. The owners of the house required a more functional sitting out, entertaining area in addition to the inclusion of a large, quality built conservatory.
The plot was especially difficult, due to the steep and limited access. All the landscaping work was carried out to coincide with the building of the conservatory.
As often happens, the original brief, which was to build the deck and a path in front of the conservatory, increased to include landscaping the rest of the garden and also build new steps to the side access.
